About ARMA
Why ARMA exists, and what it stands for.
Brand essence
From Possibility to Reality
Helping people turn valuable ideas into tangible realities.
Vision
A world where more people can turn their valuable ideas into reality — with clarity, confidence, and the right tools.
Mission
Empowering people to move from idea to execution.
Core values
Six principles behind every decision.
Bridging Thinking & Execution
An idea gains value only when it becomes reality. An idea without execution is a dream; execution without direction is wasted energy.
Depth, Not Noise
Deep understanding over chasing trends. Depth creates real value.
Human at the Center
Behind every idea is a person. Technology must serve humans, not the other way around.
Boundless Learning
The best ideas form at the intersection of different worlds.
Creativity as a Driving Force
Creativity isn't just for art — it's a way of seeing, problem-solving, and building.
Value Creation
Not everything is worth building. Resources should go toward things that create genuine value.
Positioning
In a market where many focus on tools, skills, or isolated parts of the journey, ARMA focuses on understanding and navigating the entire path — from discovering the idea and designing strategy to execution, systems-building, and the effective use of technology.
Unique value
Bridging the gap between idea and execution.
Combining strategy, systems, tools, and technology into one integrated path that guides individuals and businesses from idea to outcome.
Who I am
I'm Armaghan Khalaj — a Product Manager, Producer, and Strategist based in Vancouver, BC, with over a decade of experience across digital media, interactive entertainment, and creative production. I hold a Master of Digital Media from the Centre for Digital Media (a collaborative program of SFU, UBC, Emily Carr University, and BCIT).
Most recently, I've led product strategy and cross-functional delivery for Comics Immersion at Embersail Studios — an interactive digital comics platform for web and mobile. Before that, I held the same role at Dusk Wave Arts, headed the Comic Department from concept to release, and led two award-recognized academic projects at CDM: an AR mobile game (Asperitas) and a co-op PC puzzle game (Escape Communicator).
Before digital media, I spent five years as a Graphic Designer and Photographer in Tehran — contributing to WOW Magazine and exhibiting solo photography at Farda Art Gallery. That cross-disciplinary background shapes how I work: strategy informed by design, execution grounded in creativity. If you have an idea but don't know where to start — let's talk.
